Where mission-driven career shifters thrive.
Use your whole potential to make an impact
Research shows that a meaningful life mission is a need to have, not a nice to have. It’s associated with improved levels of happiness, income, thinking, and health. Dare to dream a new world into being by ‘being of service’ to something greater than yourself.
Awaken your desired direction and take action
To expand from making a living to creating a mission-driven life, you need to cross the passion gap. Knowing what you want to do with your life requires you to notice and act on what you find meaningful, rather than on survival needs alone.
Revitalise your joy for life…
Right now you may be feeling:
Deep longing for more a fulfilling work-life direction
Dread for the day ahead and snoozing the alarm
Urgency to redesign outdated systems in society
Unsure if you need a job shift or to start a business
Desire for more self esteem, confidence, authenticity
Trapped living for the weekend and wanting freedom
You have so much more to give, if only you knew how
There is more to life than this
Imagine waking up everyday feeling excited for what’s ahead
All because you’re on the path to using your whole potential to make an impact.
Able to be your true self and belong, going to sleep fulfilled.
Stop trading your joy for life for just surviving, start thriving!

Hello and thanks for being here. I’m Coach Holly.
Welcome to the future of work. Over the coming decades humanity will need to redesign how we operate on this planet, so that all life can thrive.
This requires more people creating mission-driven work lives that use their whole potential to collectively solve the challenges ahead.
As a youngster I loved nature. I became an engineer because I thought technology would prevent damage to our environment. Working in industry showed me that actually it’s people making unconventional choices to include the impacts of their actions for generations to come, that will create the change.
My mission is to show you how to be the change, in your own unique way, by creating a meaningful work-life that you can truly thrive in.
The ‘Mission Impact’ Method
1. Desire Mapping
Knowing exactly what you desire to experience means you can create it, instead of just avoiding what you don’t want and languishing in indecision. You’ll explore the gifts and gremlins in your story so far, working with them so that you know why you want a shift. It lets you define the future brining only the gifts of the past forward for your next work life adventure - one that’s tailored exactly right for you!
2. Success Formula
Create the unconventional success formula that your heart is longing for, based on your unique values, strengths, interests, and life story. No more following external models of success, you’re becoming a missionista now. This is about identifying exactly what you find meaningful, so that you know exactly what opportunities are a great fit for you. This will help you know what you’re seeking when researching your options.
3. Mission Statement
This is about how you naturally impact the world. Everyone has a huge potential to be of service to something greater than themselves. It’s also necessary to get really specific about the mission you want to contribute to, that means who or what you serve, and your role in making it happen. You’ll create a mission impact statement and a vision for being the change you want to see in the world.
4. Impact Vehicle
This is about choosing the perfect vehicle to carry your dream forward. It all begins with exploring ideas. Maybe it’s an internal shift or project with your employer. It could be a complete career change. Maybe you want to start a business or be an intrapreneur. Maybe you want to turn a creative project into something more. Whatever it is, you’ll be guided in researching and selecting three possible options to test.
5. Trial Missions
It's time to start grounding your ideas in reality, considering your broader life and all its needs and responsibilities. You’ll plan some experiments to clarify your assumptions, gathering valuable insights about the constraints of the job market or startup market. This is about making the most realistic and informed decisions you can, understanding the constraints, to clarify and validate your path for the future. You’ll understand your decision making style, and enhance it.
6. Mission Launch
All that’s left is to do is share your plan and mission with the world. You’ll need the words to do that. In this step you’ll craft a compelling profile that resonates deeply with the right audiences, and practice talking about your story. You’ll explore using this for a CV, Linkedin, and pitch deck. Learning about connecting authentically with supportive communities to amplify your impact, and defining your next action steps.
